Ready to stop hating your body?

SCROLL DOWN

Ready to stop hating your body?

If you’ve tried every diet, every workout and every 27-and-a-half-day “fix” on the market and you still don’t love your body, you’re in good company. In a society that’s obsessed with being skinny, no one seems capable of giving you the skinny on how to get a handle on food and your relationship to it.

There are books and workout plans and subscription services that will definitely change the way you look.  But what none of those people ever tell you is that changing the way you look is rarely going to change the way you feel.

You’re going to need something stronger for that.

Once Upon A Time

Once Upon A Time

Once upon a time, I hated my job and my body and I handled it like millions of other women do, I binged on Krispy Kreme doughnuts. You can imagine how well that worked out for me.

My path from body hate to total self love is riddled with detours, but it leads to a body and life I love.  And, now I work with women who are ready to stop "trying it all" and start blazing a path to a body they can be forever proud of. Most of today’s approaches to health and wellness are restrictive and come with heaping spoonfuls of judgement and shame. The ever-spinning hamster wheel of calorie counting and over exercising doesn’t work—there’s too much it leaves unaddressed.

When you marry the science of nutrition and psychology of eating, everything gets addressed. In this fresh approach, your diet and your body are viewed as opportunities to explore, instead of grounds for a battle. When nourishment is valued over punishment, everything shifts.
